We combine powerful breathing techniques to restore healthy, functional breathing with mindful stretching to enhance focus while easing stress and anxiety. Each session is guided by a Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour instructor and Oxygen Advantage® breathing coach—so you can relax, recharge, and trust you’re in expert hands.

Tutoring
One-on-one tutoring for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade with a focus on building confidence and understanding in every subject area. Sessions are tailored to meet each child where they are, helping them grow at their own pace while developing skills that last.
Areas of focus include:
Reading Fluency & Comprehension – building stronger readers who understand and enjoy what they read. Math Skills – developing number sense, problem-solving strategies, and confidence with core concepts. Writing Skills – strengthening sentence structure, organization, and creative expression.
Science & Social Studies – improving comprehension, critical thinking, and curiosity for learning.
My approach is patient, supportive, and engaging. I believe learning should feel encouraging, not overwhelming — and that small moments of success lead to lasting confidence. Every session is designed to help students feel capable, focused, and proud of what they can achieve.

Breathing Client
Breathing techniques can be a powerful approach for managing symptoms related to nerve dysfunction, particularly issues with the vagus nerve. Specific techniques I’ve learned, such as slow, deep diaphragmatic breathing exercises primarily work by activating the body's "rest and digest" nervous system, which helps counteract the "fight or flight" stress response. Since beginning this program I’ve experienced a positive and noticeable change in my nerve function.

Trena has been a huge part of our lives for many years. She has helped our youngest son in more ways than one. He always has struggled with school. When math got too hard for mom and dad to help, Trena did not hesitate to help him. She has worked with our son for the last few years multiple days a week. The way she speaks to him, encourages him, and guides him is incredible.
